Welcome to our boutique hot yoga studio in Red Hill.
HotHut yoga is the latest addition to the Polperro Winery experience although located around the corner at 76 Arthurs Seat Rd Red Hill.
The HotHut is a small boutique yoga studio, immersed deeply into the beautiful natural environment of Red Hill.
We pride ourselves on the high quality personal touches we bring to your experience, so all you need to do is arrive and enjoy. We provide everything you need, mats by Manduka – considered the best in the business, towels, blocks, bolsters & blankets.
Our instructors give so much of themselves in every class , including individual adjustments throughout your guided savasana and serve beautiful herbal tea to you at the end of the class to sign you off feeling amazing inside and out.
At HotHut we practice vinyasa flow with ashtanga influence yoga. ‘Vinyasa’ refers to movement that is synchronised with breath and the practice moves smoothly from posture to posture. Our Vinyasa instructors personally choreograph their classes and music to smoothly transition from pose to pose. The intensity of the practice is similar to Ashtanga, but no two vinyasa classes are the same. If you hate routine and love to test your physical limits, warm vinyasa flow will suit you perfectly.
Our classes are gently heated to around 28-30 degrees using the latest technology in (FIR) Far Infrared heating, this helps warm muscles, encourages blood flow, increases flexibility and assists in detoxification.
We currently have 6 regular instructors that all have slightly different styles, please refer to the details to learn a little more about the broad experience we are able to offer in the HotHut.
As the studio is intimate by design and only accommodates a maximum of 10 people bookings are essential.
Our booking system is run through the MindBody Connect App. Please go to Bookings below for more information.
