A continuously moving class which uses breath as the primary link between the integration of body and mind. This class is an cardiovascular practice that will strengthen your body and build technique for safe and fluid transitions between poses.

Warm Yin

This class uses passive postures held for longer periods of time to allow for deep opening in the connective tissue of the hips, pelvis and spine. When these stretches are held in our infrared hot room the deep opening is intensified. Meditation is used to help you relax into your pose. When you feel the need to recharge yourself, this class will provide a soothing respite. It is also an excellent choice for students suffering from chronic illness.

Warm Core

Warm Core begins with pranayama breathing (breath control) to oxygenate and energize the body. This varying sequence follows core strengthening exercises with each posture preparing the body for the next. Students will cultivate steadiness, strength, flexibility and balance with this strong foundational standing sequence and challenging core sequence. A challenging class but suitable for all levels.
